Using Rank-sum Ratio in Comprehensive Evaluation of Nursing Work in Hospital

本文应用秩和比法对医院的护理工作进行了综合评价。通过分类加权排序,综合加权排序,合理分档,不但排出了各病区的前后次序,而且分出了优劣档次,取得了满意结果。为加强护理管理工作提供了依据,具有实际应用价值。

Rank-sum ratio was applied to evaluating the nursing work in hospital. With making sort weight sequence and comprehensive weight sequence the rank of different clinical departments was gained and their qualities were ranked. This provided guidance for strengthening nursing administration and had feasible value.
