摘要
稳定性二氧化氯溶液在使用时需加活化剂将其活化以释放活性成分二氧化氯,为此研究了不同活化剂、不同的稳定液浓度、不同的活化剂浓度与用量、温度等等因素对活化效果的影响。结果表明:盐酸的活化效果最好,稳定液浓度、活化剂浓度与用量、操作温度等对活化过程均有影响,随着活化剂用量增大,活化时间缩短,但活化效率均达不到100%。
When stabilized chlorine dioxide solution is used, activator is added within it to release the active component ClO2. Therefore, the influence on the activation effect was studied by many factors, including different activator, different stable liquid concentration, different activator concentration and amount used, operation temperature and so on. The result indicates that:the activation effect of the hydrochloric acid is the best. The stable liquid concentration, the activator concentration and amount used, the operation temperature and so on are influential to the reactivation process. With the increase of the activator amount, the activity time decreases. The activation efficiency does not reach 100%.
