摘要
微流控芯片以其微型、快速、高效和低耗等特点而成为当今分析科学的研究热点之一。文章介绍微流控芯片的特点、应用及检测方法,讨论激光诱导荧光检测光路的特点,并给出半导体激光器光斑测量的实验结果。
Microfluidic chip is one of the hot topics in the current analytic science due to its properties such as miniaturization, fast speed, high efficiency and low consumption. The properties, applications and detection methods of microfluidic chip were introduced. The feature of the optical equipment for laser induced fluorescence detection was discussed. The results of the beam spot measurement for semiconductor laser were given also.
