摘要
介绍光学干涉实验系统条纹计数器中的一种光电转换及数据采集模块的设计方案。以单片机AT89C52为核心,以线性光电传感器TCD132D对光信号进行采集,然后采用12位并行A/D转换器A/D1674对CCD输出的模拟量进行转换,最后通过串口传输数据给计算机,进行数据的分析和计算。同时,给出了硬件电路图和数据采集的主程序。
The design of the experiment system was prese optical-electric conversion and data acquisition module in a fringes counter of an optical nted. The optical information was collected with a linear image sensor TCD132D which transfers the analogue signal to a 12-bit A/D converter A/D1674. A single chip microcomputer AT89C52 used as the core component was adopted to control all of the process and analyze and calculate the data. The diagram of designed electric circuit and major program was also given.
