摘要
检测了EWS对仔猪肾上腺和脾脏的影响及体内肾上腺11-羟皮质类固醇(11-OHCS)、维生素C、胆固醇含量的变化情况,结果表明:(1)断奶后1~10d,肾上腺的相对重量比断奶前增加25.52%~6.97%(P<0.01~P>0.05),脾脏的相对重量比断奶前减少16.25%~23.46%(P<0.05~P<0.01)。肾上腺组织学检查呈现皮质增殖,但无炎性变化。断奶20d后,肾上腺和脾脏相对重量已分别为断奶前水平的100.31%和93.57%.(2)断奶后1~10d,血浆中11-OHCS含量比断奶前增加56.09%~69.09%(P<0.01),肾上腺和肝组织内11-OHCS分别比断奶前减少28.41%~17.47%(P<0.01~P<0.05)和16.56%~23.25(P<0.05~P<0.01)。断奶后20d,血浆中、肾上腺和肝组织内11-OHCS含量分别为断奶前水平的101.83%、97.48%和96.27%.肾上腺组织内和血浆中维生素C含量分别比断奶前增加40.61%~16.73%(P<0.01~P<0.05)和16.08%~30.20%(P<0.05~P<0.01)。断奶后20d,其水平分别为断?
The test checked up on the influence of EWS on the weight of adrenal gland and spleen, the content changes of internal 11-OHCS, Vitamin C and cholesterol. The results were:(1)1~10 day(s) after weaning, the relative weight of adrenal gland increased by 25.52% to 6.97% (P<0.01~P<0.05) over the weight before weaning, relative weight of spleen decreased by16.25% to 23.46%(P<0.05~P<0.01) than the weight before weaning. In histologic examination, adrenal gland cortex multiplied, but no inflammation was found. The relative weights of adrenal gland and spleen were 100.31% and 93.57% of the levels before weaning.(2)1~10 day(s) after weaning, the content of 11-OHCS in plasma increased by 56.09% to 69.09%(P<0.01) over the level before weaning, while the contents of 11-OHCS in adrenal gland and liver decreased by 28.41% to 17.47%(P<0.01~P<0.05) and 16.56% to 23.25%(P<0.05~P<0.01), respectively, Compared with the levels before weaning. 20 days after weaning, the contents of 11-OHCS in plasma, adrenal gland and liver were 101.83%, 97.48% and 96.27%, respectively. The contents of Vitamin C in adrenal gland and plasma increased by 40.61% to 16.73% (P<0.01~P<0.05) and 16.08% to 30.20%(P<0.05~P<0.01), respectively, over the levels before weaning. 20 days after weaning the levels of them were 101.80% and 103.34% of the levels before weaning, respectively. The content of cholesterol in plasma decreased by 11.75% to 47.34%(P<0.05~P<0.01), 20 days after weaning the level of it was 98.57% of the level before weaning.
