摘要
通过对带嵌件的行星齿轮的用途、材料性质及其工艺性能的分析,设计了一套一模四腔的注塑模具。详细地叙述了该模具浇注系统、分型面选择、型腔计算、成型零件设计及其整体结构的设计过程。该模具运行灵活、可靠,制件精度达到了设计要求,完全可满足使用要求。
Through analying the use, material property and processing performance of the planet gear with embedment, a suit of ingjection mould which has four cavity is designed. The processes including design of mould runner system, choice of mould joint, cavity calculation, design of moulding part and design of overall structure are described in detail. This mould works neatly and reliably. The plastic part produced in it has the precision meeting th design requirement and the part can meet the use requirement completely.
