高校中小型图书馆实施学科馆员制度时遇到的最大问题是人才短缺,本文就此探讨了组建学科馆员队伍和提高学科馆员素质的具体措施。
The most important problem is the shortage of the person with ability in middle college library when establishing subject librarian system. The article probes into some measures in establishing subject librarian system.
