摘要
现代信息技术在图书馆的应用,要求图书馆在设备自动化、网络化的同时,采用全新的现代化管理理念,构建现代的图书馆信息服务新模式,使图书馆跟上时代的步伐。本文阐述网络环境下图书馆信息服务的特点,具体分析探讨了现代信息服务的新模式,针对现代信息服务提出图书馆人力资源保障的对策。
Along with the network information environment development, the conventional information services are replaced by the modem information services. The article is mainly about some models and characteristics of the modem information services. At last the author also puts forward some suggestions for the modem information service in the network environment.
