通过对土坝筑坝技术的分析研究,依据相关设计规范,对水库土坝的设计与安全评价问题进行探讨。施工过程中施工单位自检、监理抽查对土坝的质量进行控制,竣工验收前委托质量检测单位对土坝的填筑质量进行质量检测。依据施工质量检测的数据和坝体运行的观测数据,对坝体结构进行安全评价。

Through the analysis and research on the technique of the earth dam＇s construction and according to the design standard concerned, the earth dam＇s design and the safety evaluation are explored. The major dam＇ s design of the reservoir includes engineering program and engineering design. In construction unit examines by itself, supervision makes a random spot check on the quality of the fill before the construction is completed. The scientific research unit makes a appraisal of safety about the construction before storage of water. According to the data tested on the construction quality and the data observed during the dam works, the structure of the dam should be made safety evaluation.
