摘要
基于现有研究的回顾和国内创业实践的考察,构建新创企业战略选择的概念维度,即市场开发战略和产品开发战略,前者包括市场进入战略、营销力度战略和市场联盟战略,后者包括产品创新战略、产品范围战略和产品成本战略。在此基础上对新创企业的战略模式进行了探讨。
According to the summary and analysis on the research evolution of the strategy of new ventures, this paper constructs the concept dimensions of entrepreneurial strategy, which are market exploitation strategies and products exploitation strategies, and the former includes market entering strategies, marketing strength strategies, market union strategies, the latter includes products innovation, scale and costs strategies. Based on these, it discusses the strategic mode of new ventures.
