小麦粉中12种有机磷农药残留量测定的研究 被引量:4

摘要 报道了毛细管气相色谱法测定面粉中12种有机磷农药残留量的方法。采用丙酮提取,二氯甲烷萃取,浓缩后以乙腈定容。经石英毛细管气相色谱柱DB-1701(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)分离,火焰光度检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明,农药在小麦粉中的加标回收率为81.8%~113.1%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~11.8%,方法的检出限为0.0007~0.0037mg/kg,符合农药多残留测定技术的要求。 A method for determining twelve organophosphate pesticides in flour was developed. The pesticides were efficiently extracted from flour with acetone, parted with dichloromethane and concentrated with acetonitrile, then analyzed by gas chromatography with a silica capillary column DB - 1701 (30m 0.25mm 0.25μm) and a flame photometry detector. The external standard method was used for the quantitative determination. Results show that the recoveries are 81.8% ~ 113.1% ; the relative standard deviations are 2.5% ~11.8% ; and the detection limits are in the range of 0.000 7 - 0.003 7mg/kg. The method agrees with the permission range of determination of pesticide multi - residue.
