白癜风患者血小板计数及其抗体的检测

Detection of PLT count from the peripheral blood and PAIgG from the serum of vitiligo patients

目的探讨白癜风患者外周血血小板数量(PLT)和血清抗血小板抗体(PAIgG)的情况。方法采用流行病学调查表对患者进行临床资料收集,用常规方法统计303例白癜风患者外周血PLT;用简易致敏红细胞血小板血清学技术(SEPSA)检测27例血小板减少的白癜风患者血清PAIgG。结果白癜风患者的PLT明显低于正常对照组,其降低与各型、各期有一定相关性、而与是否有家族史、是否经过治疗无明显相关性,各型、各期患者之间相比PLT并没有差异性;血小板减少的白癜风患者血清中PAIgG阳性率明显高于对照。结论白癜风患者存在血小板减少的现象,其原因可能为免疫源性。

Objective To detect count in patients with vitiligo and to analyze the cause of reduced PLT. Methods Detecting the platelet count for 303 patients and 279 controls with routine, and PAIgG with SEPSA. Those data were performed by EpiData 3.1 and SPSS 13.0 software packages. Results The level of PLT in vitiligo patients was lower than that in controls, especially, more significant in familial and/universal/advanced/no treated patients. But the level of PLT is not difference in amony types and amony stages. The antibody positive rate of PAIgG in vitiligo patients is highter obviously than that in controls. Conclusion The level of PLT is different between patients and controls and the reason may be immunogenicity.
