单核细胞趋化因子-1与核因子-κB在溃疡性结肠炎模型的表达 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)与核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)模型中的表达。方法采用SP免疫组织化学方法对雄性SD大鼠UC模型组及正常对照组各30例标本中MCP-1、NF-κB的表达进行检测。结果MCP-1主要表达于胞浆,NF-κB主要表达于胞浆及胞核。UC模型组结肠组织中的MCP-1及NF-κB的表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0·001)。UC模型组结肠组织中MCP-1与NF-κB的表达呈正相关(r=0·87,P<0·05)。结论MCP-1与NF-κB在UC结肠组织中的高表达密切相关。两者的高表达在UC发生发展中具有重要作用。 Objective To study the expression of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 ( MCP-1 ) and nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) in models of ulcerative colitis. Methods SP immunochcmical method was performed to detect the expressions of MCP-1 and NF-κB in 30 models of ulcerative colitis tissues and models of normal. Results The expression of MCP-1 was mainly in cytoplasme, and the expression of NF-κB mainly in cytoplasm and nuclears, the expression level of MCP-1 and NF-κB in ulcerative colitis tissue respectively was significantly higher than the expression level of nomal colitis tissues( P 〈0. 001 ). The expression of MCP-1 and NF-κB in ulcerative colitis tissues were positively related(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The high expressions of MCP-1 and NF-κB are closely related in ulcerative colitis. Both of them play important role in the occurrence and development of ulcerative colitis.
