摘要
乳化沥青混合料过早破乳造成混合料离析,对其成型以及路面结构强度造成不利影响。从温度、拌和水、水泥、搅拌强度4个方面讨论了乳化沥青混合料过早破乳的原因。认为温度、拌和水、水泥是影响破乳的最主要的因素。
It will adversely influence the modeling of mixture and the integrate strength of pavement structure, which the premature demulsifying phenomenon of emulsion asphalt mix segregation. This article discussed the factors on premature demulsifying phenomenon in four main aspects, temperature, mixing water, cement, stirring property, and concluded that temperature, mixing water, and cements are the main factors.
