改性乳化石油沥青技术要求有很强的地域特点,通过对美国改性乳化沥青技术标准和河南省的气候调查分析,提出了河南省道路用改性乳化沥青技术要求(建议稿)。

Technical requirements of modified emulsion petroleum asphalt have strong regional characteristics. Through analyzing the technical standards of American modified emulsion asphalt and Henan provincial climates, the technical requirement （recommendation） of modified emulsion asphalt used by Henan provinciai highway were offered.
