On the Development of Terminological Knowledge Engineering

本文从术语学和知识工程学的角度来论述术语知识工程学这门交叉学科的发展,分析了它的理论研究基础和实际的应用情况,特别是国外术语知识库的建设情况,目的是促使我们国家的术语学研究和实践能够借鉴国际术语知识管理方面的做法,从国家战略发展的高度来构建我们自己的术语知识管理体系。

This paper analyzes the development of the cross-disciplinary terminological knowledge engineering from the perspective of terminology and knowledge engineering. It also analyzes the theoretical basis and the its applications of the discipline,particularly the state-of-the-art of establishing the terminological knowledge base abroad. The purpose is to enable the terminological research and practice in China to learn from the ways of operation in the field of international terminological knowledge engineering and to set up our own terminological knowledge system from the position of the state strategic development.
