The Source of Russian Law Terms

法律术语虽然表达法律概念,但是并不是只有在法律领域才使用法律术语。实际上法律术语是民族共同语在法律领域里的特殊表现,它的基础仍根植于民族共同语的词汇系统。本文通过考查俄语法律术语词汇的不同来源,揭示了俄语法律术语的历时发展变化及普通词汇在进入法律领域后词义的变异。

Though the legal terminology expresses concepts of law,it is not defined within the field of law that the terms of law are used. As a part of the language of law,the terms of law are particular refection of the common language of a nation in the legal field, and the basis of the legal terminology lies in the lexicology system of the national language. This thesis would discover the historical evolution of the legal terms and the changes of common terms in meaning after they entered the field of law,through a study of the different origins of terms of law in Russian.
