摘要 目的评价Tri-Luma,曲酸和熊果苷外用对人体黑化模型的脱色效果。方法使用日光模拟器在健康受试者后背部诱导色素斑形成,局部外用Tri-Luma2次/周,曲酸和熊果苷2次/d,连用8周。各组分别设空白对照和基质对照。分光测色仪(chromameter)测色素斑部位L值。结果Tri-Luma处理组黑素在第4,6,8周时与空白对照相比具有统计学意义,且有较快的消退趋势;曲酸和熊果苷处理组黑素变化与空白对照相比差异无统计学意义。结论氢醌复合制剂Tri-Luma外用对人体黑化模型的脱色效果明确,可以作为脱色药物研究的阳性对照。熊果苷和曲酸在人体黑化模型上效果不肯定,作为阳性对照不够理想。 Objective To investigate the depigmentation effect of Tri-Luma, kojic acid and arbutin on human tanning spot. Methods The pigmentation was induced by UV irradiation on the back of volunteers via solar simulator. Tri-Luma was applied on the spot twice a week ; kojic acid and arbutin were applied twice per day for 8 weeks. The L value of testing spot was evaluated by chromameter CR200. Results The AL value of Tri-Luma treated group was statistically different from the blank and vehi- cle control at week 4,week 6 and week 8,which indicated a better whitening effect. There were no difference between kojic acid, arbutin and the control group on AL value. Conclusion Tri-Luma showed good depigmentation effect on tanning spot and was a good whitening agent as a positive control. Arbutin and kojic acid were not able to induce depigmenting effect on human test and may not be a good candidate as a positive control in this model.
