细胞周期相关蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原蛋白在Bowen病皮损中的表达

Expression of Cyclin A,Cyclin E,P16,P21 and PCNA Protein in Bowen Disease

目的探讨细胞周期相关蛋白-细胞周期蛋白A,E(CyclinA,E),P16INK4a(P16),P21WAF1(P21)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白在Bowen病发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法检测24例Bowen病皮损中CyclinA,CyclinE,P16,P21和PCNA蛋白的表达。结果CyclinA,P21,PCNA蛋白在所有的Bowen病标本中呈阳性表达,P16和CyclinE蛋白在22例Bowen病标本中呈阳性表达;其中13例、6例和23例Bowen病标本分别呈现强而弥漫的P16、P21和PCNA蛋白表达。结论CyclinA,CyclinE,P16,P21和PCNA蛋白在Bowen病皮损中的高表达可能与其增殖和分化有关。

Objective To investigate the expression of the cell cycle-associated proteins Cyclin A,Cyclin E,P16,P21 and PCNA protein in lesional skin of Bowen disease. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was employed to observe the expression of Cyclin A, Cyclin E, P16, P21 and PCNA protein in lesional skin in 24 patients with Bowen disease. Results All specimens of Bowen disease were positive staining for Cyclin A,P21 ,PCNA protein,22 of 24 specimens of Bowen disease were positive staining for P16 and Cyclin E protein, respectively, 13,6 and 23 specimens of Bowen disease were strongly positive and diffuse staining for P16, P21 and PCNA protein, respectively. Conclusion Expression of Cyclin A, Cyclin E, P16, P21 and PCNA protein might be related to the proliferation and differentiation of the cancer cell.
