有机盐无固相试油压井液的基液研究 被引量:7

摘要 由于有机盐无固相试油压井液中水溶液密度可调范围大、抑制性强、腐蚀性小等特点,因此可以作为油气井工作液的基液。研究有机盐水溶液的密度、粘度和活度,有利于现场应用、室内研究。全面测定了有机盐Weigh2、Weigh3不同加量下的水溶液密度、粘度以及其水溶液上方密闭空间的相对湿度,建立了其加量与水溶液密度、粘度、活度间的数学关系,绘制了加量与其水溶液密度、粘度、活度间的关系图版。为现场控制、室内设计处理剂用量提供了简便方法和经验公式,也为深入研究有机盐无固相压井液的作用机理做了基础工作。 The organic salt water solution is used as based-phase for well working fluids because of its adjustable density,strong inhibition,poor corrosion and so on.Studying the density,viscosity and activity for organic salt water solution is considerable for field practice and office study.So,the density/viscosity/hermitic humidity above the solution of Weigh2/Weigh3 are admeasured,and the math formulas are founded between the dosage of Weigh2/Weigh3 and the density/viscosity/activity above the solution,and the charts were drew between the dosage of Weigh2/Weigh3 and the density/viscosity/activity which not only applies convenient means and empirical formulas for filed controlling or interior designing but also is the base work for further studying mechanism on organic salt solid-free killing fluids.
