摘要
结合双作用液动旋冲接头冲击动载的相关理论研究,利用裂纹扩展速率的Paris公式,对SDDC型双作用液动旋冲接头的工作寿命进行了理论估算。计算表明,SDDC型双作用液动旋冲接头的工作寿命不仅与其自身结构、选材有关,也与其实际工作条件有关。通过改进双作用液动旋冲接头的内部结构,采用耐冲击的强韧性材料,根据实际的工作条件选择合适的钻井泵排量和泵压,可提高SDDC型双作用液动旋冲接头的工作寿命。
Combining with theoretical evaluation on impact load of SDDC hydraulic percussion and using Paris formula for crack propagation rate,mission life of SDDC hydraulic percussion is calculated theoretically.The calculation indicates that the mission life of SDDC hydraulic percussion is related to structure,selected material,and the working conditions.It can be expanded by improving the internal structure,adopting strong ductile materials,choosing drilling pump rate and pressure on the basis on practical working conditions.
