摘要 介绍了CO2泡沫压裂工艺和清洁压裂液的机理及其特征。CO2泡沫压裂工艺水基液用量少,残渣绝对含量低,具有很强的返排能力,有利于减缓排液过程中压力降落;清洁压裂具有无固相颗粒的特点,加上表面活性剂的作用大大降低了对地层的伤害,使低孔低渗型储层压裂后能够大幅度提高产能。通过对肇源—裕民四口井现场应用效果分析,阐明CO2泡沫压裂液和清洁压裂液适用于低孔低渗储层改造的需求。 Mechanism and property of CO2 foam fracture tech and clean fracture fluid are introduced. CO2 foam fracture tech, of which water base fluid is used a little, absolute content of residue is small, has a big flowback apacity which is benefit for slowing down the drop off of pressure at period of flowback. Clean fracture has characteristics of without physical grain, together with influence of surface active agent, decreasing damage to formation greatly which makes low percolation reservoir to increase production potential greatly. By field application of four wells in Zhaoyuan-Yumin, the need of CO2 foam fracture and clean fracture fluid used in low percolation reservoir reform is illustrated.
