抽油井不压井工艺技术在吐哈油田的研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 吐哈油田地层压力低,层内脱气造成抽油井气液比上升,出现了大批的低压、高气液比抽油井,针对这类油井维护作业地层易污染、产量恢复周期长的问题,开展抽油井不压井作业技术研究与推广应用,共完成有杆泵不压井检泵26口、自喷井不压井转抽作业5口,成功解决了油套环空和油管内部的密封问题,避免了外来液体大量漏入油层,作业后无需产量恢复期,对地层无损害。 Formation pressure of Tuha oilfield is low, degasification interlayer makes ratio of gas to fluid increasing and a good many of wells of low pressure, high ratio of gas to fluid are appeared. To the problems of work over operation causing formation is easy to be polluted and cycle of resuming production is long, study on no killing well for pump oil well tech and its application have been conducted. For 25 wells of checking pump no killing well and 5 wells of flowing well to pump without killing, sealing problem between annulus of case and tube and inner tubing which avoids quantities of outer fluid coming into tube, makes true that it needn't resuming period for production.
