摘要
以含铅增韧双马来酰亚胺为基体,以高Z、低Z金属粉末为填料,制备了抗辐射复合材料,采用蒙特卡罗方法对复合材料对电子辐照屏蔽有效性进行了模拟计算,并与金属W、Al进行了比较。结果表明,Al、Ta及复合材料的实验值与采用采用蒙特卡罗粒子输运方法模拟计算的结果符合性较好;W及复合材料的防辐射性能优良,而Al的防辐射性能较差;复合材料可通过添加低Z组分进行性能设计,提高对韧至辐射的防护能力,且可以减重,以期为采用复合材料对集成电路进行封装提供数据。
Radiation resistant composites is prepared by using lead-contained toughened poly - (4,4' - bismalelmidiphenlmethane) as matrix and high Z and low Z metal powders as filler. The shield effectiveness for electron irradiation of the composites is simulation calculated by Monte-Carlo method and compared with that of the metal tungsten. The simulation calculated result provides some data for direct package of the IC device with composites.
