摘要 制备了炭化温度分别为700和1000℃的两种碳团簇材料,利用FT-IR和SEM对其结构及形貌进行了表征。FT-IR光谱表明:700与1000℃制备的材料其微观结构有较大差异,对微波的共振吸收性能也不相同;SEM图则显示碳团簇粉末在微观上成短切纤维状,截面呈圆形,长度在微米量级。在此基础上,通过吸波材料多层匹配设计,采用碳团簇吸收剂制备了具有良好吸波性能的三层材料。结果表明:该材料整体厚度小于2mm,在X波最小反射率可达-36dB,反射率小于-10dB的工作频带达到78%。 Two sorts of carbon cluster -like materials are prepared with carbonation temperature of 700℃ and 1 000℃. The structural change and micro-appearance are studied by FT-IR spectrosccopy and SEM. The FT-IR spectrosccopy shows that:the microstructure of the materials changes dramatically with the temperature, which results in different absorbing properties. The SEM photos show that the powder of carbon cluster-like material is short fiber with the round cross section in the length scale of p,m. Based on above studies, a tri-layer carbon cluster-like radar absorbing coating with thickness less than 2 mm is prepared by means of optimization design of radar absorbing coating. In X- band,its minimum reflectivity is -36 dB , and the frequence width with reflectivity under - 10 dB is 78% of the whole frequence range.
