摘要
采用无压成型工艺制备了2D-Cf/SiC及复杂构件。结果表明:复合材料弯曲强度达到328MPa,断裂韧度达到14.9MPa·m1/2,层间剪切强度达到35.9MPa,同时材料也具有很好的高温抗氧化性能。利用本工艺制备了某型号发动机的尾喷管,并成功通过了应用部门的试车考核。
Carbon fiber cloth reinforced silicon carbide (2D-Cf/SiC) composites and complex-shaped structural components are prepared with pressureless forming technics. The results show that the composites have flexural strength of 328 MPa, fracture toughness of 14.9 MPa·m^1/2 and ply-to-ply shear strength of 35.9 MPa. The composites also have rather good resistance to oxidation at high temperature. Pressureless forming technics is a simple, low cost, pressure-independent method, breaking through the key technique for preparation of complex-shaped structural components. At last, an engine nozzle by using this technics is successfully prepared.
