摘要
研究目的:综述近年来国内土地发展权研究。研究方法:文献比较和理论分析法。研究结果:从土地发展权的概念、归属、流转、可行性与必要性等方面进行了归纳和分析。研究结论:这些方面既取得了一定进展,也还有大量问题有待深入研究。
The purpose of the paper is to review recent research of land development rights in China. Methods of documentation and theoretical analysis were employed. The concept, attribution, transfer, feasibility and necessity of land development rights were summarized and analyzed. There are still a large number of issues to be studied further despite the progress.
