摘要
作者回顾了卫生检疫的历史,分析了卫生检疫面临的形势、《国际卫生条例(2005)》和我国现行国境卫生检疫法对卫生检疫的要求,作者提出了在修订我国国境卫生检疫法时应考虑机构定位、基础设施、基础业务和联防联控等一些问题。
