摘要 用ANSYS软件对某客车车身进行静态有限元分析。在此基础上,采用均匀化方法,以车架总柔度为目标函数,以体积作为约束条件。对几种工况下的车顶进行了拓扑优化设计。探讨了拓扑优化设计过程中基本模型建立、优化区域选择、优化过程控制及优化结果分析与应用等问题。实现了拓扑优化在汽车结构的初始设计过程中的应用。 By using ANSYS, the paper makes static FEA of a bus body, based on which, it makes topologic optimization design for bus roof under several working conditions by using the uniformity, with chassis frame's total flexibility as objective function, and with cubic measurement as restraint conditions. The paper delve into such issues as basic mock-up setting up, optimization zone selection, optimization process control, optimization result analysis and application, making it possible to apply topologic optimization into preliminary design process of bus structure.
