某新型舰炮用3年多时间建成,创造了我国舰炮研制史上的奇迹,这离不开项目的精心策划和科学管理;以3年多时间跨越了20年,使我国舰炮研制水平进入世界先进行列,这离不开引进后的总体集成创新。结合研制过程,深刻体会到以人为本的团队建设的重要。

With carefully plan and scientific management of the project, the development and manufacture of some new type of naval gun has been completed in more than tree years, which creates a marvel on naval gun development history in our country; 20 years has been spanned in more than tree years, so that the developing level of our country＇s naval gun is entered into world advanced ranks, which can not be without innovation of collectively integration after the naval gun equipment introduced. Importance of group building is deeply realized according to the developing process.
