某弹体水下弹射装置低压室降压方案研究

摘要 提出了某弹体水下水平弹射装置低压室降压方案,建立了相应的多相流流体动力学模型,对发射初期发射管内多相流流场特性进行了仿真计算,同时对附加气室的初容积、附加气室与初始水室之间的不同连通方式对低压室压强特性的影响进行了研究,总结出了附加气室大小、连通方式与发射筒内压力峰值之间的关系,为总体方案的确定和工程设计提供了必要的依据。 The methods to reduce the pressure in low pressure chamber of certain underwater horizontal launching system are proposed in this paper. The fluid dynamical models for muhiphase flow are established, the simulative calculations are carried out for the characteristics of the mulitiphase flow field inside the launch tube during the initial period of launching. And the effects of pressure in low pressure chamber made by the volume of additional gas chamber during preliminary test and different connections between additional gas chamber and initial water chamber are studied, thus the relations between the size of additional gas chamber, connection types and peak pressure inside launch tube are found out, providing necessary dependence for the general concept determination and engineering design.
