摘要
通过对某产品联接螺栓在热处理方面的断裂机理进行分析,提出了M-B等温热处理工艺和M-F亚温热处理优化思路,为从工艺优化角度解决35CrMnSiA材制螺栓的低应力延时脆断问题提供了一定的理论依据。
Through analysing some product's bolts' breaking mechanism at heat treatment techinics, this article brought forward the M-B even-temperature and M-F sub-temperature heat treatment teehinies, which provided some academic foundation for solviong 35CrMnSiA bolts' low stress lingering rupture through optimizing technics.
