摘要
介绍了某型发射装置插合机械手所采用的柔性元件——柔性腕的柔顺中心(RCC)的仿真测试方法。利用实测柔顺中心的原理,使用ANSYS命令语言APDL编程,对柔性腕仿真模型的柔顺中心进行求解,并在此基础上成功使用ANSYS优化设计模块对柔顺中心进行了求解。2种仿真测试方法所得到的结果均接近于实测值。该方法对柔性腕性能的仿真研究有重要意义,且将大大提高新型柔性腕设计的能力和效率。
Complex compliant wrist is an important component in missile launching systems. In the same principle that make use of to measure RCC actually, use the APDL(ANSYS Parameter Design Language) program, RCC of simulation model can be solved, and on this foundation successfully the RCC can be solved in ANSYS design optimization. Two kinds of results from above methods are approximative to the value actually. The methods are very important to complex compliant wrist research, and will improve the ability and the efficiency of new complex compliant wrist consumedly.
