摘要 AMESim是法国IMAGINE公司推出的一种基于键合图的高级系统建模、仿真及动态性能分析软件,它以强大的仿真和分析能力在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。简要介绍了AMESim软件及其建模方法和主要特点,并在AMESim仿真环境下,运用AMESim提供的液压元件设计库、液阻库和其他子模型库,构建了弹库防火防爆安全系统自动快速喷淋分系统中安全阀喷头组合的仿真模型。通过调节仿真模型的各项参数对安全阀喷头组合的喷淋性能进行了分析,绘制了流量曲线等仿真结果图。 AMESim is one kind of software for modeling, simulation and dynamic performance analysis of advanced engineering systems based on bond graph, which is a production of IMAGINE Corporation of France. It obtained widespread use in different fields with its powerful simulation and analysis. AMESim software, its modeling method and main features are briefly introduced in this paper. And under the AMESim simulation environment, using hydraulic component design library, hydraulic resistance library and other submodel libraries provided by AMESim software, the simulation model of the assembly safety sprinkler valve is constructed, which is one kind of hydraulic component of the ammunition depot fire and explosion safety system automatic rapid sprinkler subsystem. By changing the parameters of the simulation model, the spray performance of the hydraulic component is analyzed, and the simulation result graphs, such as flow curves etc, are also plotted.
