创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血43例临床分析

Analysis of 43 cases of Traumatic Subarachnoid Haemorrhage

对我科自１９９５年１０月－１９９６年６月，经ＣＴ检查发现创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血（ＴＳＡＨ）４３例住院病人，经临床分析显示ＴＳＡＨ的出血量对预后有直接影响。

This study is based on 43 head injury patients with the initial CT scan diagnosis of traumatic subarachnoid haemorrhage.The amount of blood was reveales as sighifcant prognotic factors.
