摘要
目前常用的5000 m钻机井架底座的结构形式复杂、运输模块多、安装时间长。研制了新型液压旋升式井架底座。该井架底座承载能力大、质量轻,采用液压缸起升和下放,同时实现了远程控制;与顶驱一体化设计,移运速度快,可带1800 kN钻具整体平移。
Considering that the mast and substructure of the presently widely-used 5 000 m drilling rig are complicatedly structured, have many modules when moved and are assembled for long time, a new-type hydraulic cylinder raising drilling rig is developed. The newly developed mast and substructure have the following characteristics: greater load-bearing capacity. lighter total mass; raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinder and actualize remote control; incorporatively designed with the top drive; fast mobile; translated with 1 800 kN drilling equipments as a whole.
