摘要
冷能是极具开发潜力的自然能源.利用冷冻法处理染料废水在环境保护和能源合理利用方面均具有深远意义.对溴氨酸模拟废水的冷冻分离规律进行了初步研究.实验结果表明,在-30℃,随着冷冻时间的延长,溴氨酸水溶液和氯化钠水溶液冰融水的杂质去除率均呈下降趋势,并且在同等条件下,溴氨酸有机分子较无机离子易于在冷冻过程中从固相分离;对于500 mg/L的溴氨酸溶液,随着氯化钠的投加量从100 mg/L增加至1 000 mg/L,其混合水样的Na+去除率、总有机碳(TOC)去除率、吸光度(A)去除率分别从97.5%、91.9%和98.4%降至62.7%、61.3%和61.3%;此外,较低的降温速率有利于溴氨酸废水溶液的冷冻分离处理.
Natural cold energy is a kind of resource which is potential to explore. The investigation of treating dyestuff wastewater by freezing separation has a profound significance for protecting the environment and saving the energy. Freezing separation experiments on wastewater models with bromamine acid are conducted. A decrease in impurity removal rate of melted ice of bromamine acid aqueous solution and NaCl aqueous solution is observed as the time for freezing increased at -30 ℃. Meanwhile it is easier to be separated from the ice solid for the bromamine acid organic molecule compared with inorganic ions in the same condition. As the contents Of NaCl in the bromamine acid solution increase from 100 mg/L to 1000 mg/L ,the removal rate of sodium ion Na^+, total organic carbon (TOC) and absorbance fall from 97.5%, 91.9%, 98.4% to 62.7%, 61.3%, 61.3% respectively for 500 mg/L of bromamine acid aqueous solution. In addition, lower cooling rate is required in order to achieve more effective purification.
