摘要
采用紫外分光光度法对垃圾渗沥液中的化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,CODCr)进行了测定.研究表明,垃圾渗沥液的紫外吸光度UV254与国标法测定的CODCr值之间具有显著的线性关系.精密度测定表明,紫外分光光度法的精密度较高.假设检验表明,采用紫外分光光度法与重铬酸钾法测定垃圾渗沥液中的CODCr值无显著性差异,紫外分光光度法可以满足快速监测的需要.
Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is used to determine the CODCr of landfill leachate. It is found that the results obtained by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and potassium dichromate titration for determining CODCr have a good linear relation. Because its degree of precision is satisfied, and the test of hypothesis indicates that the two methods of ultraviolet ultraviolet spectrophotometry and potassium dichromate titration have little difference, ultraviolet spoctrophotometry can meet the demands for rapid CODCr determination of landfill leachate.
