摘要
目的通过CT数据建立临床下颌骨数字模型,探讨其在颅颌面外科面部轮廓整形的应用前景。方法选择32例要求面下部轮廓整形的临床病例,均行全头颅螺旋CT连续薄层容积扫描,数据传至工作站后行三维重建,建立全头颅数字模型,通过数据切割原理建立颌骨术前及术后截骨的数字模型,并转换成stl文件格式。结果32例下颌角肥大的临床病例均建立下颌角截骨手术设计的数字模型。结论基于点云数据建立下颌角肥大病例的数字模拟手术模型,对未来个性化面部轮廓整形的治疗具有重要的临床实用价值。
Objective This study was to construct a digital mandible model with rapid-prototyping(RP) technology based with cloud data and to evaluate the significance and further application in the treatment of face remodeling. Methods Total 32 patients with hypertrophy of mandibular angle were presented in this study. All patients were underwent by threedimensional computerized tomography (3D-CT). The data were input into rapid prototyping machine to get three-dimensional model. Results Substantial digital model was established that could be read and processed directly by prototyping instrument. The substantial model could present the lower face modeling by mandibular angle ostectomy. Conclusion Three dimensional model based on CT data is an important method of simulation the planning of mandibular angle ostectomy precisely. It has great significance in the clinical application of facial reconstructive surgery.
