不同产地朝鲜淫羊藿多糖含量测定

Determinate the content of polysaccharides in different place of production of Epimedium Koreanum Nai.

目的:测定不同产地朝鲜淫羊藿多糖含量;方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法,以葡萄糖作为为对照品,在620nm波长下测定吸光度,分别测定可溶性多糖和粗多糖的含量;结果:在0.042mg^1.05mg范围内,葡萄糖mg数与吸光度A值线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.32%,RSD=2.73%,R2=0.9991。不同产地朝鲜淫羊藿总多糖含量分别为:敦化基地(茎:10.18%,叶:11.69%,地上部分11.13%)、敦化野生(茎:10.62%,叶:13.68%,地上部分11.17%)、临江野生(茎:9.20%,叶:9.37%,地上部分:9.54%)、北朝鲜野生(茎:9.62%,叶:11.44%,地上部分:10.18%)。不同产地朝鲜淫羊藿多糖含量差异较大,敦化基地的含量最高,依次是敦化野生、北朝鲜野生、临江野生。同一产地的朝鲜淫羊藿不同部位多糖含量也有很大差异;结论:该方法简便、快速、可靠、易行,适合淫羊藿多糖的含量测定,以控制其质量。

Object To determinate and compare different place of production the content of polysaccharides in Epimedium Koreanum Nai- Methods The content of polysaccharides in Epimedium Koreanum Nai was determained by anthracene and byvitriol of colorirnetry , glucose was standard preparation. Wave length 620nm. Results The mass of glucose （mg） and Abs were linear in the range of 0. 042mg～1. 05mg. The average recovery was 100. 32%,RSD=2. 73%. R^2=0. 9991. The content of polysaccharides in the different place of production was base of operations in Dunhua （stern. 10. 18%, leave： 11. 69%, aerial parts11. 13%）, grow wild in Dunhua（stern. 10.62%, leave： 13.68%, aerial parts11. 17%） , grow wild in Linjiang（stero. 9. 20%, leave; 9. 37%, aerial partsg. 54%）, grow wild in the Northern Korea（stern. 9. 62%,leave; 11.44%, aerial partsl0. 18%）. The content of polysaccharides in the different place of production of Epimedium Koreanum Nai. was very different . The content of polysaccharides in the same place of production , different part of Epimedium Koreanum Nai_ was also different. Conclusions This method is convenient , quickly, reliable and is suit to determinate the content of polysaccharides in Epimedium Koreanum Nai. and to control its quality.
