近十年海南甘蔗育种场斑茅后代回交利用研究

Utilization of Erianthus arundinaceus Progeny through Backcross over the Last Decade at Hainan Sugarcane Breeding Station

继上世纪70年代广州甘蔗糖业研究所海南甘蔗育种场利用海南本地斑茅无性系与甘蔗杂交,育成斑茅F1真杂种后,上世纪90年代中期又获得斑茅杂种F1单株30个;2001年获得斑茅BC1单株140个;2003年,培育斑茅杂种实生苗18756株,入选斑茅杂种BC2一批。本文介绍近年斑茅杂种培育与回交利用的研究情况。

After the first batch of true F1 hybrids from S. officinarum × E. arundinaceus were obtained at Hainan Sugarcane Breeding Station in 1970s, another 30 F1 lines were selected in the mid 1990s. In 2001, 140 BC1 progeny were produced, from which elite clones were selected to backcross with sugarcane commercial varieties, producing a total of 18756 seedlings in 2003, and a batch of BC2 hybrids was therefore obtained. The recent progress on the utilization of Erianthus arundinaceus in sugarcane breeding was reported in this paper.
