碳纳米管场致发射显示器与驱动系统的集成研究 被引量:1

摘要 碳纳米管场致发射显示器因其特有的性质和优良的性能赢得了普遍关注。场致发射显示器的驱动电路设计与制作是场致发射显示器的一个重要部分,使用非专用驱动系统导致驱动部分体积庞大、连线复杂。本文讨论一种驱动碳纳米管场致发射显示器的新方式。由于碳纳米管可以生长在硅基底上,从而可将驱动电路预先制作在硅基底上,然后再利用室温下生长碳纳米管的方法,将碳纳米管和电路集成在同一硅基底上。驱动系统和发射部分集成在一起,可达到使FED轻薄的设计要求。 Carbon nanotube(CNT) field emission display(FED) is becoming one of the most significant subject,due to its unique qualities and perfect performance. The design and facture of CNT-FED driving circuit are another important work. The substituted driving system will make CNT-FED system large in volume and complicated to connect. A new driving method which driving circuit integrated with CNT-FED is discussed in the paper. Carbon nanotube can be grown on Si, therefore the driving system can fabricate on Si before synthesis of carbon nanotube. Then carbon nanotube will be assembled above the driving system at room temperature. The experiment results show that the light merit of CNT-FED can be guaranteed by this method.
