摘要 针对用常规酸法地浸工艺不能经济开采的某低品位、低碳酸盐砂岩型型铀矿石,通过室内工艺试验,提出降低溶浸液酸浓度,在溶浸液ρ(H2SO4)=2—5g/L条件下浸出,浸出率可达到93%以上,酸耗为2—9kg/t;与高酸浓度溶浸液(ρ(H2SO4)=10g/L以上)浸出相比,浸出率相近,而酸耗降低了4.5kg/t以上,有利于浸出液的后处理和开采结束后的地下水复原。该工艺有较好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。 In view that the conventional acid in-situ leaching method can not economically exploit a low grade low carbonate sandstone-type uranium ore, it is proposed, through the laboratory technology research, to use a leaching solution of lowered acid concentration. Under the condition of ρ ( H2SO4 ) = 2 - 5 g/L, the leaching rate can be over 93% with an acid consumption of 2 -9 kg/t. Compared to the leaching with higher acid concentration solution ( ρ (H2SO4 ) = over 10 g/L), the low acid leaching can reduce the acid consumption by over 4.5 kg/t at a similar leaching rate, which is beneficial to the after-treatment of the leaching solution and the underground water restoration when the mining is completed. This process can be said to have good economic, social and environmental benefits.
