摘要
采用硬脂酸对钙土进行有机改性,并研究改性钙土应用于复合材料的可能性。通过正交试验,得知钙土改性的适宜条件为改性剂用量2.5%(对钙土量),矿浆浓度8%,反应温度50℃,反应时间30 m in。应用试验表明:改性钙土在硬质塑料和人造革中的填充效果远优于未改性钙土;填充改性钙土与填充活性轻钙一样,可使硬质塑料和人造革产品的力学性能超过国家标准,因此改性钙土可替代活性轻钙,从而降低产品的生产成本。
Organie modifieation of calcium clay was made using stearie acid and the possibility of applying the modified ealeium elay to the eomposite materials was studied. It was known from the orthogonal experiment that the optimum conditions for the modification of calcium clay included a modifier dosage of 2.5% (of the clay amount), pulp concentration of 8%, reaction temperature of 50 ℃ and reaction time of 30 rain. The application experiment showed that the modifier, when used as a filler in hard PVC and leatheroid, has a far better effect than that of unmodified calcium clay; the filling with modified calcium clay can have the same effect as that with active light calcium carbonate, which can render hard PVC and leatheroid products performances that surpass the state related standards. Therefore, modified calcium clay can be used to replaee aetive light ealeium earbonate so as to reduee the production eost.
