摘要 介绍了利用GPS、GPRS、无线通信技术、G IS(地理信息系统)、数据库技术、网络技术构建露天矿车辆及采矿设备的生产调度系统。阐述了基于GPS技术的生产调度系统的组成,即露天矿车辆与采矿设备的卫星定位主要由工控计算机、液晶触摸显示屏、后备电池、GPS卫星定位接收机、无线通讯数据收发机、数据采集器构成。对可能应用的2种不同的无线通信方式了进行了比较,对生产调度系统中的关键技术问题(如地图匹配算法、串口通信技术)进行了阐述。 The paper describes the construction of the production dispatch system of vehicles and mining equipment in open-pit mines by using GPS (Global Positioning System), GPRS (General Packet Radio System), wireless communication technology, GIS (Geological Information System), database technology and network technology. The composition of GPS-based production dispatch system is also presented. The satellite positioning of vehicles and mining equipment of openpit mines is realized by the combination of industrial control computer, liquid crystal touch screen, back-up battery pack, GPS receiver, wireless communication data receiver and sender, and data collector. Two available wireless communication modes are compared and the key technical problems in the production dispatch system (such as map matching arithmetic, serial communication technology) are elaborated.
