我国创意产业集群发展的现状与政策

Current Situation and Policy of Cluster Development of Creativity Industry in China

创意产业是正在崛起的新兴服务业。加快发展我国的创意产业对提升现代服务业水平,推动经济结构转型有重要的现实意义。我国创意产业集群有两种模式,一种是自发形成的市场导向模式;一种是政府采取一定的产业和资金优惠政策,政府主导的模式。促进我国产业集群发展应采取相应的对策。

The creativity industry is new service industry which is rising. Developing creativity industry of our country quickly has important practical meaning for promoting the level of modern service industry and impelling the reform of economic structure. The cluster of creativity industry has two kinds of patterns： one is the pattern of market direction which forms spontaneously; the other is the pattern of the government controlling, which the government adopts the certain preferential policy of industry and fund. Promoting the development of cluster of industry of our country should take the corresponding countermeasure.
