职业理想教育不仅是一种理想教育，更是一种职业和职业道德教育。加强职业理想教育有利于促进高职学生职业理想的形成，使其树立明确的人生奋斗目标，科学合理地设计职业生涯。高职院校应树立“全员全程教育观念”，营造重视开展职业理想教育的良好氛围，将职业理想教育同课程教学、成功教育、校园文化建设、学生社会实践活动及家庭教育结合起来。

Professional ideal education is a kind of ideal education as well as vocational and professional morality education.The reinforcement of professional ideal education is good for higher vocational school students forming professional ideal,establishing clear life objectives and designing professional career scientifically and reasonably.Therefore,higher vocational schools should establish'whole-people and whole-process education view',build constructive atmosphere for deploying professional ideal education and combine professional ideal education with curriculum teaching,success education,construction of campus culture,students′ social practice activities and family education.
