Design on Servo Feed-in Device and Its Control System for NC Machinery

摘要 针对机床数控化改造过程中,所存在的精度低、成本高、控制系统过于复杂等问题,给出了一种采用滚珠丝杠与运动控制卡相结合的轴进给计算机伺服控制系统。文中介绍了进给装置的机械结构和工作原理,进行了控制系统的软硬件结构设计,给出了进给装置用伺服电机的选择方法。经实际应用,该装置及其控制系统具有通用性强、可移植性好等优点,这为旧设备的数控化改造和新设备的开发提供了新的思路。 To improve the low precision, high cost and complicated control system in the process of numerical control modification for machinery, a kind of compute servo - control system based on ball screw and motion control card was put forward. The mechanical - structure and work - principle of feed - in device was described, the structure of software and hardware was designed, and the choice method of servo - motor for feed - in device was given too. Through practical application, the device and control - system have the character of strong general availability and better transplantation, which provide a new way of realizing automation for modification of old - machinery and development of new - machinery.
