摘要
新一轮国土资源大调查已经于1999年启动,它是一项跨世纪的基础性、公益性、战略性的宏伟工程.土地利用基础图件的数据库建设是其中的一项重要内容.本文结合包头市土地利用基础图件数据库建库和更新的实际工作,对土地利用基础图件数据库建库和更新的技术流程、技术方法以及存在的问题进行了探讨.
The new Survey for National Resources started in 1996. It＇s a trans-century, fundamental, public benefited, strategic project. Constructing database of landuse basic maps is an important content of the project. Combing with factual work on building and updating database of landuse basic maps in Baotou, the article discusses the technical course, technical methods and questions in building and updating database of landuse basic maps.
