摘要
以浙江树人大学为例,对民办高校教师的工作压力情况及其应对策略进行了研究。结果表明:民办高校教师职业是一种很有压力的职业;民办高校教师的总体压力感很明显,在科研方面尤其突出;民办高校教师人口统计学变量对其工作压力有一定的影响;民办高校教师应对工作压力的策略主要倾向于积极主动行动和认知。在调查分析的基础上,从教师和学校组织两个层面提出适当减轻民办高校教师工作压力的建议。
Taking Zhejiang Shuren University as a case, the paper studies the working pressure on the teachers of non-governmental institutions of higher learning and corresponding strategy. The result shows that it is a stressful profession to be a teacher of a non-governmental institution of higher learning and that the pressure on the teachers of non-governmental institutions of higher learning, especially in the aspect of scientific research, is obvious on the whole. The population statistical variable of the teachers of non-governmental institutions of higher learning exerts certain influence upon their working pressure, and the strategy of the teachers of non-governmental institutions of higher learning to relieve their working pressure lies on their active action and recognition. Based on the investigation and analysis, the paper presents proposals to relieve the working pressure of the teachers of nongovernmental institutions of higher learning at the two levels of teachers and school authority.
